We bought our first home with Kathy’s help and she held our hand all the way through I absolutely loved working with her she answered all of our questions no matter how dumb they may of sounded. She made the process of buying our home so easy she helped us do the work and done a lot of it herself just to make the process a breeze!! I would do the process all over again as long as I had Kathy by my side 100/10 recommend I love this lady from the bottom of my heart!!!

Kathy is an amazing Realtor! Working with her was a wonderful experience. I’ve known her for many years as family, but getting to work with her professionally showed me just how extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and hardworking she truly is. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and went to bat for me numerous times during negotiations, making sure I received everything I needed, and more.

What could have been a stressful experience felt VERY manageable because I knew she was advocating for me every step of the way. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a difference.

I’m so grateful for everything she did and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Charlotte market and surrounding areas. If you’re looking for a realtor who will truly advocate for you and guide you through every step, she’s the one you want on your side.
